i have been using bucks for 45 years.i dont call anyone else.

The bottom line is that whether Ralph wants to admit it or not, his employee stated that he turned off multiple units. Mine was turned off and not turned back on. Ralph's company, Buck's Electric, caused damage to my condo, and instead of being respectful and professional by discussing his disagreement in the cost of the damages, he chose to be insulting and arrogant by just sending a check for what 'he thought it was worth', and later telling me that was all he would do.

A week later I received a check for $100 with a message that stated "no admittance of fault". I called to question why I wasn't even given the professional courtesy of a phone call to discuss his disagreement in the cost. Ralph's answer was that he felt $100 was fair. I would have been more than happy to discuss it and come to an agreement, but was not given that option.

This is the best Electrician in the Wildwood/Cape May area. They are honest, dependable and always get the job done right the first time at a decent rate. They also have a real office and have been in business FOREVER.

I will start off by saying that I have used Buck's Electric in the past, and have not had a problem. I have also recommended them to others. Unfortunately, I will do so no longer.

Buck's Electric came to the 12 unit condo building where I own one unit on November 10, 2015 to service a unit (not mine). In order to turn off the electric service to that unit, the technician turned off multiple units to find the correct supply. On November 21 I was alerted by a neighbor that my power was not on. The neighbor looked in to it and I was told that my electric was manually turned off. All of the contents in my refrigerator and freezer was spoiled.

This is to give a great recommendation for Buck's Electrical service in Wildwood NJ. We had good tenants renting our Wildwood shore home, and on a Saturday am they reported an apparent electrical problem. We called Buck's electric, and a gentleman named Ralph sent his people to the home within 1 hour to fix the problem. It was fixed quickly and effectively. We would use them again for any electrical work in the homes.

I am extremely disappointed in Buck's response and lack of professionalism to this issue, and unfortunately, will choose to no longer use them in the future.

I spoke with Ralph (Company owner) at Buck's Electric, he stated that anything could have caused this, and that he would speak with the technician. Later that day, I received a call from Christa, at Buck's, stating that the technician admitted to turning off multiple units, and could possibly have not turned one back on. Bucks told me to call them with an estimate for the damages. I called them the day after Thanksgiving spoke with their answering service, and told them that the damages were approximately $400.
