Air conditioner and WiFi doesn't work. Dated,dirty, couch smells like urine. Elevator doesn't work. When air conditioner started to work there was a leak in our ceiling. Dripping all night. Smelled like mold. I have pictures to prove this and I want my 900 bucks back ( for 4 days). Big rip off
The only good thing is the ocean view. Got trapped in elevator 5 times. Rest of time had to walk down steps. Air conditioning not working well. ANTS all over the whole room
The people working the bar area were extremely friendly and good people as well.
If I could give zero stars I would .. this place was terrible .. besides the fact that the elevator wasn’t work and when it was we would get stuck or it would take you to a different floor .. the service was terrible when we first got there the little old lady walking in with a cigarette and then yelled at us because we asked to check in .. she said “ the other people in your room are already here so just go up to your room “ then the old lady proceeded to fight with us because we had to pay for parking even tho we had a room we still had to pay $10 a night to park ... paying for parking was cash only we didn’t have cash on us .. the lady then said well you better go get some they will tow your car ... now let’s get on the the “ bar /restaurant “ the place was COVERED in flies the plates I got were dirty .. the only good thing was the waitress she was sooo nice .. let’s tslk about the rooms they were completely out dated the back door didn’t even lock and the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in years and let’s not forget the hand written envelope they left to leave a tip for the maid .. my favorite part was our toilet clogged and they didn’t have a plunger until the maintenance man came back in at 6:30’in the morning .. here’s what I’ll say if just want someplace close for the beach then stay here if you want to actually enjoy coming back to your hotel room and relaxing and don’t want rude customer service and if you want a clean room and a place to eat that’s not covered in flies or a working elevator ... DONT STAY HERE
The A.C. was working perfectly, in fact, It was so cold at one point we had to turn it off.
The view from our hotel room was beautiful, clear view of the beach and short walking distance as well.
Stayed on 5th floor. Door was hard to close. Owner was rude when I checked out she wouldn't even look at me when handing over keys because I had told her about these conditions previously. Guess they don't have to get elevator inspections there because they have not repaired it
Good food and friendly people ... great service
We stayed here for 5 days and each of those days were great! The staff was extremely friendly and house keeping were very nice and made sure everything was clean for us.
Will definitely be returning!
