Been here 3 summer so far and although it is a very nice clean place they can still improve on some. No upgrades were visually seen in the rooms or 3 floor decks. Still a great place for a vacation stay on the boardwalk. I would recommend and come back.
Amazing views of the ocean. Spacious rooms. Solid accommodations. Good prices.
The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because there are problems with the rooms most of the time. The staff there fix it but there is usually something broken in the room that they have to fix. They fix it super fast but it is a little annoying to deal with.
The rooms is very spacious! But it does need extra attention in cleaning, the bathrooms and kitchen wasn't cleaned, very dusty and floors we're not moped and rugs weren't vacuumed and ready. we rented a room for ten and the silverware wasn't enough to feed four people.there was no dish rags or No dish washing soap . The indoor water park was cool for the kids. Really enjoyed it but we did have a child with us come down the slide and get a gash in his foot from the pool. There was a piece of broken plastic spoon in the bottom of the pool. I think the pool should be inspected before and after closing daily. You would think off season would be clean and inventoried
This place is horrible. It does have a great location right on the boardwalk. However the staff is horrible. The building is hopefully outdated. When I ask for another box of tissues for the room I was told I get one box of tissues per state. I will never go there again
It's an absoult delight staying here. The views are amazing with a direct view to the beach and water. You can see the boardwalk from the room (depending on where your room is). It's relatively close to everything on the boardwalk. They have pools and an indoor waterpart.
