Because the place is very dirty and we were told the pool would be cleaned and chairs would be bought and it's now July 4th and they have done nothing but take everyone's money and provided no amenities!!! Their are families and children coming here and they are disappointing everyone. They just tell you what you want to hear and walk away and do nothing. Save yourself some aggravation and cancel your stay at the units right above the reality office!!!
This group rented us a "MOLDTEL" Do not rent or buy from the place above Island Reality group. They don't take care about the place and the realtor just keeps booking it to people that are very disappointed and can do nothing once they arrive and have paid their money. Get out of your contract now while you still have time.
